This generous red has a polished feel, offering layers of cherry tart, roasted plum and tapenade flavors supported by velvety tannins. Underpinnings of black tea, mineral and floral impart depth through the long, mocha-tinged finish. Drink now through 2025. 680 cases made, 200 cases imported.

Syrah (60%) and Carignan (15%) underwent separate carbonic maceration before blending with Grenache. Intense and profound, with violets and black fruit. 12 months in oak has imparted further complexity.
