2014 Optimus, California.
L'Aventure winery is located on a Paso Robles estate, in California. L'Aventure produces wine of great aromatic complexity with a strong ageing potential. The 2014 Optimus is 42% Syrah, 33% Cabernet Sauvignon and 25% Petit Verdot.
The wine is supple and elegant, faithful to the estate style. This 2014 displays purple-tinted dark colour and gives off subtle black raspberry, spices, dried flowers, and scrub aromas. The 2014 Optimus is quite full-bodied and balanced. This good wine is to be enjoyed between 2020 and 2021.
