The vineyard

The Châteauneuf-du-Pape appellation stands out for the exceptional variety of its soils, drawn from three major geological eras: limestone shards, rolled pebbles, safres and red sandstone. In keeping with this mosaic of terroirs, the estate favours a viticulture inspired by organic farming and a minimally interventionist winemaking approach, in order to preserve the identity and singularity of each origin.
