Estate
The largest wine estate in Burgundy, Louis Latour boasts a winemaking history of over 200 years. Spread across the finest parcels in Premier and Grand Crus from the Côte de Beaune to the Côte de Nuits, the 50-hectare vineyard of Domaine Louis Latour produces a range of wines from 130 appellations, each authentically and elegantly expressing the characteristics of its original terroir.

Vineyard
Since the 12th century, Clos Vougeot, formerly owned by the Cistercian monks of Cîteaux, has been dedicated to vine cultivation. Today, Clos Vougeot wines represent the largest Grand Cru appellation in Burgundy, encompassing 52 hectares of vines and 80 different owners.
Vinification and aging
100% malolactic fermentation in open vats, followed by aging in new French oak barrels for 10 to 12 months.
