The vineyard
Produced since the 2022 vintage, Pavillon Blanc Second Vin is a dry white Bordeaux resulting from a rigorous selection of exceptional plots spread over just over 10 hectares, giving rise to a Sauvignon Blanc with remarkable richness and aromatic intensity.
The vintage
The harvest took place from September 2 to 8, early in the morning to preserve the freshness and acidity of the grapes.
