The estate

After 17 years in the vineyards of Bordeaux, Stephan Asseo set out to conquer California. It is in the beautiful region of Paso Robles, between San Francisco and Los Angeles that Stephan Asseo established his estate:  L’Aventure Winery by planting his vineyard on virgin lands.

The wine

Côte à Côte is a Paso Robles wine which, through the grape varieties used in its production, aims to pay tribute to the great French terroirs of the Rhône Valley.

Vinification and ageing

Aged for 16 months in French oak barrels (30% new and 36% of one wine), 18% in concrete tanks and 16% in amphorae.

Blend

Grenache (37%)
Syrah (32%)
Mourvèdre (31%).
