Appearance
This white wine reveals a bright, slightly deep robe, adorned with delicate golden highlights.

Nose
Particularly expressive, the aromatic bouquet opens with lovely notes of yellow fruits, pollen and Mediterranean aromatic herbs.

Palate
The attack is lively, bright and saline, offering a generous body with a delicate texture. The palate unfolds savoury flavours of ripe citrus and Mediterranean herbs, underpinned by a stony minerality. The finish proves taut, with an almost iodine-like touch.

Food and wine pairings
This cuvée pairs beautifully with delicate fish such as a lemony sole meunière, a seafood risotto, or with white meats such as herb-roasted chicken or sweetbreads in persillade.

Serving and cellaring
To fully appreciate the Terra de Cuques Blanco 2023, it is recommended to serve it at a temperature of between 13 and 15°C. This wine has fine ageing potential and can be enjoyed until around 2029.

The elegance and minerality of a great white wine from Priorat by Terroir Al Limit

The estate
Founded in 2001 by Eben Sadie, Dominik Huber and Jaume Sabaté, Terroir Al Limit is an essential reference in Catalonia. Located in the heart of the Priorat appellation, near the village of Torroja, the estate spans a 25-hectare vineyard. Today led by its owner Dominik Huber, the property stands out for its commitment to offering a pure and authentic expression of its terroirs. Through artisanal, hands-on work and biodynamic farming, the estate crafts wines of great finesse, far removed from the powerful standards traditionally associated with the region.

The vineyard
The vines giving rise to this Priorat wine are between 25 and 40 years old. They thrive at an altitude of around 400 metres, around the village of Torroja. This singular terroir is composed mainly of clay and schist soils, allowing the vines to root deeply for a strong mineral expression.

Winemaking and aging
The creation of the Terra de Cuques Blanco 2023 is based on a low-intervention approach. After hand harvesting, vinification begins with a whole-cluster maceration lasting five days, driven by indigenous yeasts. The wine then benefits from a gentle eight-month aging in concrete vats to preserve all its aromatic purity. Bottling took place in March 2024.

Grape varieties
This Spanish white wine comes from a blend composed of 70% Grenache Blanc and 30% Pedro Ximénez.
