The 2015 vintage displays a limpid, bright, almost crystal-clear straw-coloured yellow hue. Its nose combines concentration, freshness, generosity and power, all of this associated with fruity, floral and citrus notes. On the palate, the 2015 Clos de l'Echelier of Thierry Germain Domaines des Roches Neuves possesses a straight, strong and fruity attack. Its clear and rich finish is both surprising and convincing.
