The 2015 Saumur of Domaine des Roches Neuves of Thierry Germain is a Chenin Blanc single-grape varietal wine.
This vintage exhibits a straw-coloured crystal clear and bright yellow hue. On the nose, this 2015 Clos de l'Ecotard offers several characteristics such as concentration, freshness, generosity and strength. Then fruity, floral and vegetal notes appear. On the palate, the 2015 Clos de l'Ecotard bears a straight, velvety and seductive attack which foreshadows the whole potential of the terroir, of where it comes from. The marked acidity outlines the texture, specific to the aromatic identity of the flavours.
