The estate

Casavyc is the culmination of a dream and a vision pursued by Viviana Filocamo and Claudio Sabatucci since 2002. Their ambition continues to be the authentic enhancement of the unique terroir of the Amiata hills by producing irreproachable wines that rival the best of Tuscany, Italy and beyond. After 18 years of hard work and 10 years on the market, their Italian wines have always maintained the originality and elegance that make them the pinnacle of quality.

The vineyard

Each wine produced in the vineyard is the fruit of a carefully conceived project, from vine to bottle, and Casavyc's Sy 2009 is no exception. An in-depth study of French wines and production methods specific to Bordeaux, Burgundy and the Côtes du Rhône was undertaken, enabling them to be personalised and adapted to the specific characteristics of the vines and the local climate, magnifying the character and quality of these Tuscan wines.
