The estate
Michel Reybier, owner of Château Cos d’Estournel in the Saint-Estèphe appellation, partnered in 2013 with Maison de Champagne Jeeper, founded in 1949 and acquired in 2009 by Nicolas Dubois.
The vineyard
Maison de Champagne Jeeper oversees a vineyard of around fifty hectares spread over the Montagne de Reims, the Côte des Blancs, and the Vallée de la Marne.
The wine
This Premier Cru Brut was born from the collaboration between Michel Reybier and Nicolas Dubois, with the ambition to craft an exceptional champagne that authentically expresses its terroir of origin. Its dosage is 7g/liter.
Blend
Chardonnay (70%) and Pinot Noir (30%).
