An exceptional Brut Nature champagne from Maison Savart
The property
In just a few years, Frédéric Savart has established himself as an emblematic figure of Champagne, its terroirs and author wines. Driven by unwavering ambition, he took over the family estate to produce champagnes with a distinct identity, precise and elegant.
The vineyard
Cultivated according to the precepts of organic farming, the Domaine Savart extends over four hectares located in the Ecueil sector, Premier Cru of the Montagne de Reims.
Vinification and ageing
This champagne comes from the grand crus of Avize, Cramant, Le Mesnil sur Oger, Ambonnay and Bouzy. This cuvée is undosed and was disgorged in July 2023.
