The estate
In just a few years, Frédéric Savart has established himself as an iconic figure in Champagne, its terroirs, and signature wines. Driven by unwavering ambition, he took over the family estate to craft champagnes with a distinctive identity, precision, and elegance.
The vineyard
Cultivated according to organic farming principles, Domaine Savart spans four hectares located in the Ecueil area, a Premier Cru of the Montagne de Reims in Champagne.
Vinification and aging
This rosé champagne is made from the 2018 harvest and was disgorged in January 2025. Its dosage is 3.5 g/L.
Blend
This Éphémère 027 Rosé Extra Brut from Savart is a blend of 90% chardonnay from the Côte des Blancs (Vertus) and 10% pinot noir from Verzenay.
