Minerality A Chardonnay white wine produced in the Puligny-Montrachet 1er Cru appellation, the Puligny-Montrachet 1er Cru Les Pucelles of Domaine du Cellier aux Moines benefits from a vineyard of 27 hectares, made up of vines aged about 45 years and planted on deep soils with eastern exposure. The ageing of this cuvée is carried out in barrels (of which 60% are new barrels) for a period of 20 months. The wine is stirred only a few times, then kept for 3 months in tanks before bottling.
