Vinification and ageing
Harvested in crates. Alcoholic fermentation in small concrete vats. Long maceration (5 weeks). Aged for 20 months exclusively in barrels (25% new).
Intense garnet-black colour with purple highlights.
The nose blends black fruit fragrances (cherry, blackberry) with subtle graphite notes that provide a suave minerality.
A rich and elegant attack precedes a palate with silky tannins and a great finesse. The finish is persistent and seductive with a rich aroma that perfectly expresses the nuances of this granite terroir.
