Description
An aromatic and balanced Barolo wine
The estate
Prunotto is an Italian estate with a cultural, historical and traditional winemaking tradition. The wines produced have the typical scents of the grapes grown in its surrounding hills. The various vineyards of the Antinori - Prunotto estate are located in the best agricultural areas of Piedmont. The estate uses all the modern technology necessary to produce high quality Piedmont wines.
The vineyard
The 50 hectares of the estate are located in Alba, at an equal distance from Barbaresco and Barolo. This iconic name among Piedmont wines is set on a beautiful, smooth and colourful plain in the Langhe and Roero region.
The wine
This Barolo d’Antinori – Prunotto is counted among the oldest cuvées on the estate, having been developed since its first vintage in 1905 from a meticulous selection of plots in the heart of the Barolo appellation.
Winemaking and ageing
Ageing in oak barrels of varying size.

Barolo 2014 d’Antinori - Prunotto is 100% Nebbiolo.
