On the nose : strong attack, both aerial and delicate. Upon being released it presents notes of dried fruits (almonds, figs, apricots), ripe white fruits (pears), and finally, subtle toasted notes of hazelnut and praline. On the palate : attack is strong and sharp. The cuvée bestows a silky texture upon young fruits, carried by citrus and red fruits (cherry) notes. The Pinot Noir, shines extraordinarily by its freshness, minerality and power. This wine will pair extremely well with oysters, fish tartare, seafood or even chicken with sesame.
On the nose: powerful notes of red fruits (raspberry and strawberry), combined with citrus notes (blood orange, grapefruit), and finally a balance between subtle and spicy red berries, rooibos tea and leather notes. On the palate: fruit outshines the palate with intensity in red and black fruits (cherry, strawberry, blackberry and blackcurrant). Long aging notes, dried flowers and smoky notes, present an incredible complexity. This wine will pair perfectly with beef, ravioli with prawns, lamb and stuffed tomatoes.
