The estate
In 1995, Basile Saint-Germain and his wife Caroline created Domaine les Aurelles with the ambition of producing great Languedoc wines with respect for nature and biodiversity. The wines of Domaine les Aurelles are the pure and authentic expression of the great terroirs of the South of France.
Guaranteed to have no trace of pesticides or other chemical residues by the Excell laboratory since 2005, the wines produced by this estate, rated 3 stars in the RVF green guide, delight thanks to their consistent quality, their aromatic brightness and their great ageing potential.
The vineyard
This Coteaux du Languedoc wine is made from old sandy-gravel plots of land, created by basalt scree.
