The wine’s minerality and the fruit’s crisp bite are beautifully elevated in this taffeta-like finish, enhanced by its limestone pebble soils, which are especially apparent on the finish. A notable freshness in a cuvée that offers an extra degree of precision compared to Terre de Jonquières, which was already far from lacking.

Cambariolles 2020, from the eponymous vineyard, is, as usual, a reserved and vertical wine in its youth. It is smoky, wild, very straight, with a pared-down, uncompromising structure. It has great pedigree and brilliantly expresses the tension of the limestone gravels.
