Description
The elegance and balance of a vintage Blanc de Noirs Champagne from a singular terroir
The estate
In the shadow of its 3 kilometers of Gallo-Roman underground cellars, the highly regarded Maison Champagne Joseph Perrier perpetuates expertise and respect for tradition passed down from generation to generation. Each plot is vinified separately to allow the identity of each Champagne terroir to express itself through bespoke aging.
The vineyard
La Côte à Bras by Joseph Perrier is produced from a leading Champagne terroir, namely the eponymous parcel located in Cumières at the foot of the famous Montagne de Reims.
The wine
This Blanc de Noirs Champagne was created in 2007, as the Maison sought to showcase this terroir through a singular cuvée uniting a single plot, a single grape variety, and a single year.
Winemaking
This 2015 vintage Champagne benefits from several years of aging on lees. No dosage has been added.
Blend
100% Pinot Noir.

Food and wine pairings
Moules marinières accompanied by pommes château with brown butter pair ideally with this cuvée.
