The property

The family-owned Champagne Franck Bonville House traces its origins back to 1900 with Alfred Bonville, a visionary who acquired parcels just a few years after the devastation of phylloxera on the Champagne vineyards.

The house experienced significant growth after 1945 thanks to Franck Bonville, who expanded the size of the vineyard and began marketing the first cuvées under his name.

The third generation, Gilles Bonville and his wife, gradually modernized the winemaking tools from 1970. After joining his parents in 1996, Olivier Bonville paid increased attention to a vineyard conducted with respect for the environment.

The vineyard

This Extra Brut Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru from Franck Bonville is the result of a rigorous selection of grapes from the vineyards of Avize, an emblematic terroir of Champagne.

Vinification and aging

This 2015 vintage champagne undergoes alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in thermoregulated stainless steel tanks.
