The estate

In a few years, Frédéric Savart has established himself as an emblematic figure of Champagne, terroirs and author's wines. Driven by an unwavering ambition, he took over the family estate to produce champagnes with a marked identity, precise and elegant.

The vineyard

The Savart Estate oversees a four-hectare vineyard, managed according to the principles of organic farming and located in the Ecueil sector, Premier Cru of the Montagne de Reims in Champagne.

Vinification and aging

This Blanc de Blancs champagne is made from the "Les Brousses" plot, Premier Cru of Pierry located on the south slopes of Épernay.

Grape variety

Chardonnay (100%).
