The property
In a few years, Frédéric Savart has established himself as an emblematic figure of Champagne, terroirs and author's wines. Driven by an unwavering ambition, he took over the family estate to produce champagnes with a marked identity, precise and elegant.
The vineyard
Managed according to the precepts of organic farming, the four-hectare vineyard of Domaine Savart is located in the Ecueil sector, Premier Cru of the Montagne de Reims in Champagne.
Vinification and aging
This Blanc de Noirs champagne is made from the "Le Bât l’Avoine" plot, Premier Cru of Moussy located on the southern slopes of Épernay.
